The Straight River Room can be rented year-round, and can be setup in a number of configurations:

• meeting room

• training room

• banquet/party room

• dance floor

A deposit of $500 is required to reserve the room. This will be returned if there is no damage or excessive cleanup needed.

Rental price is $600 per day.

Hospitality Room $100 per day

All rentals require an insurance certificate listing Rice County Fair as the additional insured.

Room keys are available one or two days before the event for setup, and the day after for cleanup.

Comes with 72 chairs, 12 round tables and 4 long tables.

Additional chairs: $20 per stack of 10 chairs.

Additional round tables: $5 per table.

Additional long tables: $10 per table.

Additionally, we have a Hospitality Room available for $100 - it can be used as a dressing room, for the bridal party, etc. It has a mini fridge and a microwave.
