Cannon River Room Rental

The Cannon River Room can be rented from early May through September, and can be setup in a number of configurations:

A deposit of $500 is required to reserve the room. This will be returned if there is no damage or excessive cleanup needed.

Rental price is $1200 per day.

Hospitality Room $100 per day

All rentals require an insurance certificate listing Rice County Fair as the additional insured.

Room keys are available one or two days before the event for setup, and the day after for cleanup.

Comes with 200 chairs, 25 round tables and 4 long tables.

Additional chairs: $20 per stack of 10 chairs.

Additional round tables: $5 per table.

Additional long tables: $10 per table.

The dimensions are 98’ x 58’ (5684 sq. ft.)
