​Formerly known as the Beer Garden.

 

The Stockyard can be rented from early May through September, and generally is setup as a party room.
One side of the room has a bar, with a sink and a soda cooler.
The other side has a garage door, which, when opened, doubles the room into an open, fenced in room (rented for an additional fee).
The back wall has a garage door which opens to a private smoking area.

The front has three garage doors that open up to an enclosed shaded patio area.

Note that other rooms and/or the infield (e.g. rodeos or races) may be rented at the same time as your rental.

A deposit of $500 is required to reserve the room. This will be returned if there is no damage or excessive cleanup needed.

Rental price is $800 per day for the enclosed room.

Additional open room $100 per day

All rentals require an insurance certificate listing Rice County Fair as the additional insured.

Room keys are available one or two days before the event for setup, and the day after for cleanup.
 

Comes with 90 chairs, 15 round tables and 4 long tables.

Additional chairs: $20 per 10 chairs.

Additional round tables: $5 per table.

Additional long tables: $10 per table.

The Stockyard has a heater.

The inside dimensions are 60’ x 50’ (3000 sq. ft.)
The outside dimensions are 63’ x 50’ (3150 sq. ft).
